Refund policy

Pilot Test Charts is a print on demand service. Once your order has been fulfilled and sent to the print shop, we are unable to offer refunds. 

If you have an issue with your purchased chart order once you receive it, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@pilottestcharts.com with a quick explanation of the issue.  We will work with you to rectify the problem and to get you what you need for your testing process.
